Rae’s Accounting and Tax Services, LLC is not liable for any incorrect or fraudulent information provided by clients during the filing of their taxes. All clients are required to look over their tax booklet prior to leaving on the day of their appointment and sign off on all prepared tax forms. Clients receive one copy of their return at the time of their initial filing appointment and are able to correct any errors. If any information is proven incorrect and requires re-filing at a later date, a subsequent fee will be charged to the client. All clients are provided with a tax booklet post filing, containing a full copy of their filed tax form, any original documentation provided, and a copy of their bill of sales. If at any time another copy of the forms are needed there will be an additional charge of $10 for the duplication. All services are to be paid for at the time of the appointment via cash, credit card, or debit card.
